My current oil is obviously not strong as Bionatal oil, but even being new to taking black seed oil I can take it without anything and I actually enjoy the powerful sensation and taste👹🥷🏻but I feel like you have to drink plenty of water afterwards just to hydrate the throat. What about for people who are fasting during the day bro? Can we still take on empty stomach or take it just before or after a meal?🙏🥷🏻

Hey Brother, I'm wanting to order Bionatal bso but I cam only get it shipped from the Germany website because im in Australia. They say its tje same oil but I'm a bit skeptical about if the extraction process is the same as the US. I have bought amazing herbs oil and another which has no information about there seeds so I'm in probably being paranoid. Do you think the Gean facility is legit as the US?I'm pretty new to black seed oil and I've been taking one you might not have tried it's called haba Shifa brand it's from Australia, but they don't show all the information about where the seeds are from like Bionatal does, however the oil feels pretty powerful and good quality.

OK, the be fair maybe your initial rinse can use tap water but afterwards you should strictly use spring water. s Soak your sea moss for at least 5 - 8 hours with about 3x key limes. Be sure to cut in half and allow limes to soak inside the same glass bowl as the sea moss... (soak instead of boil)

Everytime I buy a jar of seamoss it's not thick like that. And I bet the thicker it is the better.

The taste literally makes me throw up (I have this after taste for an hour or so). I decided to take baby steps with it. I take it once a week. It’s a heck of a laxative though.
